The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and the ability to bring men along.
The role involves ensuring risk assessments and toolbox talks are conducted, and that operatives work safely and effectively.
Candidates must hold a CITB 5-Day SMSTS, CSCS Supervisor Qualification, First Aid at Work Certification, and a Safety Critical Medical.
The salary for this position is competitive, with the potential for CIS or LTD arrangements.

Responsible for ensuring risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
Making sure operatives are working effectively and safely
Responsible for ensuring the correct plant and materials are on site to manage a programme of works
Commercial awareness of site activities
Management of sub-contractors
