An award winning Main Contractor operating across East Anglia are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join their successful business, championing BIM strategy across the local business, managing best practice and providing support on both current projects and tender opportunities.
With an established regional office, busy pipeline of exciting and dynamic projects in 2025, the business are continually innovating and growing.
Their culture is progressive and ambitious with a focus on staff development and work enjoyment. With a stable growth plan over the next 2 years, our client is looking for a BIM Manager that wants to mentor and develop the skills of others.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for the implementation of BIM technologies (Autodesk Construction Cloud) on key projects across the region, liaising with the pre-construction team to understand BIM requirements for bids, train and develop other team members to be able to fulfil BIM duties on projects, monitoring workflow and supporting the delivery of design and build projects.
You will be expected to be a BIM Champion and encourage those around you on the benefits of using BIM.
Desirable Experience:
- Good understanding of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Minimum 3years+ experience in similar roles.
- Passion for BIM processes and technologies.
- Previous roles: BIM Manager OR BIM Coordinator OR Digital Manager OR BIM Champion OR Digital Lead.
Qualifications & Skills: HNC or BSc or MSc in construction/structural/architectural related subject and BIM Software Certification.
