EYFS Teacher

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teacher for a lovely nursery in Cambridge. The Nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and explore. We take pride in creating a supportive space for both children and staff, encouraging a culture of respect, creativity, and development.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners, helping to shape their early educational experiences in a warm and welcoming setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster a safe and supportive learning environment where children can thrive.
  • Monitor and assess children's development and progress, providing tailored support where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure a creative, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
  • Previous experience teaching within an EYFS setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • DBS checked (or willingness to undergo a check).
