Actively seeking a Facade Manager to join a well known Principal contractor for a Life Science, Commercial project in the heart of Cambridge. This Main contractor operate across the commercial, education, health, industrial, leisure and retail sector, but are making a significant impact in the Life Science sector. With an annual turnover of over 750million this contractor is rapidly growing.
About the Facade Manager role
This client is actively seeking a Facade Manager who has worked on large scale projects circa 100million and is able to to lead the facade package circa 20million of a unitised facade.
Responsibilities for the Facade Manager
- To be able to lead the facade package and report into a the Senior Project Manager on site
- Responsible for programme and delivery on site
- Health & Safety
- Quality Assurance
Requirements of the Facade Manager
- An up & coming individual who is looking to further develop their career. Somebody who is aspirational and driven.
- Background in Civil Engineering, degree educated desired
- Overseen large scale construction projects managing the facade package - preferably on commercial projects, leading a facade package of circa 20 million
- Familiar with Unitised facade
