My client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR function, reporting directly to the Head of HR.   • Assist with recruitment and selection, including preparing and sending offer letters and notifying unsuccessful candidates.
  • Support the coordination and collation of monthly payroll.
  • Inform relevant teams about new starters and manage the induction programme.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing support and guidance where needed.
Requirements:
  • A strong educational background, including Maths and English GCSEs (A-C) or a Level 3 NVQ* in a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration).
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
