R13 Recruitment are insanely excited to be representing a unique and leading business within the digital sphere, managing their recruitment of a Partnerships Lead. Within this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for being an ultimate ambassador, supporting and developing relationships with similar businesses to create valuable partnerships and developing sales methodologies, alongside leading a team of two.

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility on location & a central hub in Cambridge. Travel will be required for this position. The offered salary for this role is £45,000 - £49,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Immersing yourself within the company and identifying truly matched company partners.
  • Attending networking events to build new and existing relationships.
  • Overseeing the sales pipeline, developing the methodology and systems.
  • Delivering insight on business function improvements & reporting internally on OKRs.
  • Line management of two Partnership Managers.
  • Actively contributing to P&L and budget work for new business and customer acquisition.

You will have/be

  • Proven business development experience.
  • Experience within Affiliate Marketing/PPC agency sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience of direct line management.
  • A love for all things relationship-building, instigating and nurturing long term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and thrives in stakeholder management.
  • Sound experience identifying new prospective opportunities.
  • Naturally innovative and looking to join a like-minded business that truly value employees from their core.
