We are working with a software company based in Cambridge who are looking to a Sales Team Lead to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and offers hybrid working.Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team to sell products and solutions within the UK
- Generating campaigns and strategies to increase usage
- Providing support to grow accounts
- Setting and reviewing individual and team sales quotas
- Conducting regular and team reviews
- Working closely with customers through phone calls, web and face to face meetingsManaging existing accounts
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Experience leading a team
- Experience working with a host of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
