We are currently recruiting Domestic Gas Engineers to work on a contract basis without an end date covering the Cambridgeshire area specialising in Domestic Gas Service and Repair work. 

  • You will be allocated a patch within your postcode area
  • Saturday and Sunday work available paid at an increased rate 
  • £51 per repair 

Our client is a National Heating contractor specialising within the private sector. You will be working in the private housing sector on domestic dwellings and all appointments will be pre-booked. Rates are paid per service and repair with payment on a weekly basis. This will be ongoing work with the offer of being either part time or full time and you can do up to 8-12 jobs per day. 

Requirements:

  • Must have experience of working on back boiler units, fires and be strong at breakdown, fault finding, diagnostics and repair of domestic boilers and heating systems 
  • ACS qualifications including: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT or CEN1 and WAT1
  • Gas Safe Registration (in your own name)
  • Flue Gas Analyser & Calibration certificate (within 1 year)
  • Public Liability Insurance - £2,000,000 cover
  • Own Van & Full UK Driving Licence
  • Clean DBS
