Reporting to a HR Lead based in the US, this HR Manager role forms part of a UK based People team. The role is being offered on a 12-month FTC to cover a period of maternity, paying between £40-£50k pa.Hybrid working available – 3 days a week on-site 37.5 hours per week, based on the outskirts of Cambridge.
  • You will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys all aspects of HR, giving advice and guidance to employees covering a range of HR matters.
  • Working closely with your people team, you will support on benefits and pay administration
  • Being first point of contact for the HR inbox and employee queries
  • Leading on HR process improvement
  • Coordinating and leading on HR projects
  • Managing the HRIS information and HR data reporting
About you?
  • You will be a self-starter who enjoys manage multiple HR projects
  • Currently operating at HR Advisor / Manager level
  • Enjoys rolling up your sleeves and picking up the administration
  • Excellent data reporting skills using the HRIS
  • Proficient in MS office including word, excel and powerpoint
  • Up to date employment law knowledge
