  • Coordinating payroll and benefits management. 
  • Developing HR operational strategies to optimise efficiency and compliance. 
  • Managing HR Operations day-to-day. 
  • Collaborating with HRIS vendors. 
  • Leading on M&A deliverables. 
  • Supporting on development of HR policy and procedures. 
  Skills required:
  • Experience leading and implementing HR Operational strategies. 
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS (HiBob desirable). 
  • Stakeholder communication. 
  • Experience across payroll, benefits, Reward and HR Operations in one role.
