Join this dynamic and supportive People Team, and play a key role in shaping and delivering efficient people processes, systems, and administration that drives the organisation forward.

  • £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working of 2/3 days per week on-site
  • Based in central Cambridge with no parking, however there is ample public transport links.

The Opportunity:

  • You'll take charge of designing, implementing, and refining people processes and systems.
  • You'll manage the global roll-out of the newly implemented HRIS and ATS systems.
  • You'll provide accurate and timely HR information and reporting services to stakeholders to support important decision-making.
  • You'll oversee the smooth execution of payroll and benefits, collaborating closely with the Finance Team to manage payroll instructions and reviewing payroll reports for accuracy and precision.

The Person:

  • This varied role is perfect for someone with exceptional people management skills and a proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing people systems throughout the employee life cycle.
  • You'll have the opportunity to optimise HRIS, streamline processes, and use data to drive key decisions, all while working closely with providers to resolve technical challenges (If you've rolled out a global HRIS, that's a bonus!)
  • Your methodical approach, meticulous attention to detail, and strong numeracy and data analysis skills will be critical to ensuring compliance with UK employment, immigration, and data protection laws.
