My client is seeking for a 4 week Fixed Term Contract HR Advisor in Cambridge within the education sector. Immediate start required A leading Cambridge employer is looking to strengthen it's existing HR team by recruiting an experienced HR Advisor. You will be part or fully CIPD qualified with up to date employment law knowledge.A typical day will involve:Front line operational HR support Proactively partner with the business to provide front line HR support Coach and advise managers and employees on people related issues Manage employee relations issues with your assigned teams, (including; disciplinary, grievance and changes to terms and conditions) and give guidance to Managers on company policies and procedures.Essential skills: Approachable with strong influencing and relationship building skill Superior communication and listening skills Considerable solutions based approach to solving HR issues Excellent, facilitator, mediator and strong experience of managing employee relations matters through to a successful resolution Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and negotiating skills Ability to balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously Flexible and adaptable team player with a supportive attitude towards the team Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment A good level of employment law knowledge would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided Please call Marsha-Louise today for a further discussion regarding the role on
