We are recruiting a HR Consultant for 6 months Fixed Term Contract based in Cambridge. You will join an established HR team, working in partnership with stakeholders to develop people solutions that help them achieve business objectives, also working very closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop the organisational and people capabilities.The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and CIPD qualified. You will be an experienced HR Generalist who has worked in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, as well experience of managing business restructures and change initiatives and lower level employee relations case work.
