I am seeking an immediately available HR Advisor to support a Cambridge based organisation for an interim period
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 6 months - possible extension of a further 6 months.
- Hourly rate: £17.85
- Hours: Full-time at 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
- Location: West Cambridge
This generalist role will see you supporting areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as well as providing guidance on general HR queries from staff.
To be considered, you do need to:
- Have HR experience at Advisor level - Ideally CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Experience of managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing and using applicant tracking systems
- Experience with Employee Relations Casework
- Experience of managing projects related to process improvement.
- Proven experience of delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities.
- Be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach
