I am seeking an immediately available HR Advisor to support a Cambridge based organisation for an interim period

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: 6 months - possible extension of a further 6 months.
  • Hourly rate: £17.85
  • Hours: Full-time at 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
  • Location: West Cambridge

This generalist role will see you supporting areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as well as providing guidance on general HR queries from staff.

To be considered, you do need to:

  • Have HR experience at Advisor level - Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience of managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing and using applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with Employee Relations Casework
  • Experience of managing projects related to process improvement.
  • Proven experience of delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities.
  • Be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach
