Reed Cambridge Business Support is working with a local business. They are seeking an HR Adviser to join the HR Business Partnering Team. This role is crucial in providing operational support and developing innovative HR solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing staff experience and managing HR functions across various departments.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Monitor and review people management data to identify trends, risks, and issues, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance within a legal or organisational policy framework, handling routine cases and supporting more complex queries.
  • Engage in resource and workforce planning, supporting projects and initiatives under guidance from senior HR partners.
  • Implement medical staffing projects, manage clinical pay issues, and contractual changes in line with national and local agreements.
  • Deliver and support EDI initiatives, ensuring non-discriminatory HR policies and practices.
  • Manage and implement pay and reward schemes, ensuring compliance with equal pay and gender pay gap requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning.
  • Experience in managing EDI initiatives and understanding of related policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver training programs.
  • Proficient in HR systems and data management.
