- Provide 1st line IT support for circa 130 users.
- Log and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
- Set up and configure new user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, password resets, and access requests.
- Escalate more complex issues to Senior IT Engineer / IT Manager
- Support staff with common applications such as Office 365 and various applications.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that technical support is delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Previous experience in a 1st line IT support role.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking and hardware setup.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic troubleshooting of software and hardware.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
