The Role:
As a Senior Support Engineer, you will play a key role in monitoring and maintaining a high-performance platform, ensuring seamless service for high-profile partners. You'll be part of a customer-focused squad, providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and driving automation improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide expert technical support and mentor first-line teams? Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues? Work with cloud platforms, SQL databases, and automation tools? Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and reporting? Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical support/NOC environmentExperience working with cloud technology & databasesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of SQL, Windows/Linux servers, APIs, and scripting (PowerShell/Python is a plus)Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
