- Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 across client networks.
- Analyse and diagnose support issues, providing solutions to customers efficiently.
- Communicate effectively via telephone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Provide high-quality remote and on-site support to customers as required.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in 1st line support within an MSP or fast-paced helpdesk environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Flexibility to work early shifts when needed.
- A clean driving licence for occasional on-site visits.
- Good technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions.
