We are delighted to be working with this cutting-edge technology company in their pursuit of a IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in Cambridge.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to a range of employees and customers
- Contribute to developing and supporting the IT systems
- Diagnosing issues with hardware and software
- Assist in undertaking a range of IT projects
- Stock management of IT equipment
- Educating users on best practices and
- Working with an outsourced support team on escalated issues
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role or relevant education in IT or computing
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent fundamental IT skills
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
