We are delighted to be working with this cutting-edge technology company in their pursuit of a IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in Cambridge.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to a range of employees and customers
  • Contribute to developing and supporting the IT systems
  • Diagnosing issues with hardware and software
  • Assist in undertaking a range of IT projects
  • Stock management of IT equipment
  • Educating users on best practices and
  • Working with an outsourced support team on escalated issues

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in similar role or relevant education in IT or computing
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • Excellent fundamental IT skills
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
