We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation. They are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to a range of employees and customers
- Resolving issues over the phone and face to face
- Logging tickets on Freshdesk
- Diagnosing issues with hardware and software
- Undertaking ad hoc project assigned by the IT Manager
- Stock management of IT equipment
- Educating users on best practices
- Working with an outsourced support team on escalated issues
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role
- Proficient in Windows Server, O365, Azure and Intune
- Experience with networking
- Willingness to learn
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
