We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation. They are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Developing and maintaining the IT systems
-       Providing 2nd/3rd line support for more complex issues
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Identifying the need for and implementing system upgradesÂ
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Undertake and be involved in IT project work
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Liaising with outsourced IT providers when required
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Building, installing, and supporting windows servers
The successful candidate will have:
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in similar role (at least 3 years expreince)
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient in Windows Server, O365, Azure, SQL, Hyper-V, Powershell and Intune Â
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience with installation/configuration of networks
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication skills
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
