Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior planners in the preparation of planning applications and reports.
- Assist in researching and assessing site feasibility and development potential.
- Prepare and present planning submissions, proposals, and planning statements.
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and review planning policies and legislative changes.
What We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and develop your professional skills.
- Experience with planning software is an advantage, but not essential.
