Description

  • Identify and acquire strategic land suitable for residential development.
  • Lead negotiations with landowners, agents and partners.
  • Prepare land appraisals and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of property market trends and legislation changes.
  • Manage planning applications and appeals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Profile

A successful Land Manager should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Property, Construction, Planning or related field.
  • Proven experience in land acquisition and negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.
