Description
- Identify and acquire strategic land suitable for residential development.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, agents and partners.
- Prepare land appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of property market trends and legislation changes.
- Manage planning applications and appeals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Profile
A successful Land Manager should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Property, Construction, Planning or related field.
- Proven experience in land acquisition and negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.
- A comprehensive understanding of planning regulations and policies.
