- Assist in creating, formatting, proofreading, and archiving legal documents.
- Manage schedules, anticipate conflicts, and plan ahead to keep the team running smoothly.
- Track activities, maintain deal lists, and assist with event planning.
- Process expenses, manage billing, and oversee client money transfers.
