A leading construction company is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a new project starting in February.

- Start Date: 10th February
- Salary: 23-25 per hour
- Hours: 07:45 - 17:00
- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Cambridgeshire
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Operations: Assist Site Manager with daily tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and timely deliveries from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Quality Assurance: Help manage the QA process, perform inspections, and ensure documentation is accurate.
- SharePoint Management: Organize project documents and guide team members on SharePoint use.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records and assist in regulatory submissions.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and address safety concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Support site meetings, manage communication between teams, and assist with workforce supervision.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and adapt plans to minimize disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement: Share feedback and suggest improvements for the project.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Fieldview or similar QA systems.
- Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS Card.
- First Aid and Fire Marshal certifications (preferred).
The Assistant Site Manager will support and learn from the Site Manager.
