As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers while supporting the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

This is a full-time, permanent role, onsite daily.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Keep existing customers informed about current offers, company news, and promotions.
  • Engage with customers to encourage sales and enhance relationships.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Process customer orders and take payments.
  • Maintain and update customer records on the company database.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
