Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen our team. This pivotal role involves building relationships with managers, supporting HR initiatives, and managing a growing team. The role is suited to someone with experience in guiding a business through significant growth, within IT or cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Streamline and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. Support talent development programs for employee growth and retention.
  • Operational HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Partner with managers for tailored HR solutions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first contact for HR queries. Handle employee relations in line with company policies and legal standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a small HR team. Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal and external stakeholders. Report on HR projects, initiatives, and key data analytics.
  • Compliance & Policy: Implement and manage contracts, policies, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Growth Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Essential: CIPD Level 5 qualification, strong HR experience, especially in recruitment and business growth, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency with HR software.
  • Desirable: CIPD Level 7, experience with Sage HR, prior work in IT/cybersecurity, MSP environments, or group company models.
