Our client is a well respected, SME based just outside Cambridge City Centre. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their professional team, to assist with general administration support tasks to assist with the smooth running of the company. The role will be office based.Main duties will include:
- Arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
- Manage email inbox
- Booking travel and accommodation for colleagues
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Assisting with project coordination
- Junior finance administration
- General ad-hoc administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within an office position
- IT proficiency
- Good numerical and literacy skills
- The ability to work well within a small team
- Attention to detail
