I am delighted to once again be partnering with one of Cambridge's prestigious Colleges in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their Committee team .The role is offered on a term time (26 weeks per year) ,plus 4 additional weeks basis, 27.5 hours a week to be worked between the hours of 9am - 4pm (flexible to accommodate both personal and business needs)Your role will involve; Reporting to the Committee Manager you will manage committee processes, coordinate events, and provide critical administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting College committees by preparing agendas, collating and distributing papers, drafting minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Scheduling meetings and ensuring adherence to governance guidelines.
  • Assisting in drafting reports and policies through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Coordinating requests for events and functions, including weddings, conferences, and fundraisers.
  • Managing data, extracting key information, and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making.

You will ideally be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities

  • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
