- Evaluate current global payroll processes identifying areas for improvements across all regions EMEA, APAC etc. and address issues with existing vendors and ICPs.
- Successfully manage current vendor relationships and lead a RFP process to find more efficient partners where appropriate.
- Introduce better controls acroos the payroll operation to reduce errors and improve accuracy.
- Identify immediate improvements to correct the most critical of payroll errors.
