Global Payroll Process Lead (Contract)Remote - Lengthy contract - ASAP Start£800 - £1000 per day Outside IR35A successful technology company are looking to recruit a Global Payroll Process Lead to streamline all current payroll processes on a remote working contract basis. Global Payroll Process Lead (Contract) - Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current global payroll processes identifying areas for improvements across all regions EMEA, APAC etc. and address issues with existing vendors and ICPs.
Successfully manage current vendor relationships and lead a RFP process to find more efficient partners where appropriate.
Introduce better controls acroos the payroll operation to reduce errors and improve accuracy.
Identify immediate improvements to correct the most critical of payroll errors.

Strong global payroll project experience with expertise in payroll operations across multiple regions.
Excellent vendor management skills combined with a demonstrable history of ICP and RFP project leadership.
Management of senior payroll professionals combined with strong and effective stakeholder management skills.
Excellent internal process auditing skills and ability to recommend and implement successful amendments.
