We are seeking a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician for a temporary position at a high-profile building in Cambridge CB3.
The role requires a checkable work history as security clearance will be applied for after starting.
Candidates must be client-focused and available to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with additional overtime as needed.
Applicants should be technically qualified, ideally with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent experience, and capable of performing sprinkler tests, repairs, and maintenance.
This temporary position is expected to last for 8 weeks, with an immediate start for the right applicant, and the salary details are to be confirmed.

We are looking for a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician for a High Profile Building in in Cambridge CB3 this is a Temporary position, you will need to have a checkable work history as security clearance will need to be applied for once you have started.

You must be client focused, to work Monday Friday 08.00-17.00 plus over time as necessary. Technically Qualified apprentice trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent able to carry out sprinkler tests, repairs and maintenance, minor instillation, hot & cold water faults & some Handyman Duties etc, this is a temporary position for 8 weeks + immediate start for right applicant.
