Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Cambridge (CB24, CB21, PE29)
Salary: £14/hr - £15/hr
Contract Type: Full Time (Term-Time only)
Start Date: Sept / Oct

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
- Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Support students with personal care needs, if required.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Monitor and record students’ progress and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK (NO SPONSORSHIP)
- Minimum one year of Teaching Assistant experience in the UK
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Needs to be Fluent in English
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Preferably Drive but not mandatory
