Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with personal care needs, if required.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor and record students’ progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Right to Work in the UK (NO SPONSORSHIP)
  • Minimum one year of Teaching Assistant experience in the UK
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Needs to be Fluent in English
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Preferably Drive but not mandatory
