The Role:

You'll help lead continuous improvement activities and utilise your process knowledge to identify solutions to resolving yield failures.

The role would be ideal for someone with a few years' experience in a similar role, who enjoys working in a smaller organisation where there is a genuine opportunity to make a difference.

No politics, no drama, great people and truly unique products.

  • Minimum degree qualified, with a few years' experience as a Process Engineer, working within the semiconductor industry, on a smaller scale pilot-line or production facility
  • Practical photolithography and patterning skills with specific tool experience
  • Practical deposition skills with specific tool experience on sputter deposition, and solution coating methods
  • Able to plan and implement relevant optimisation experiments
  • Knowledge of SPC and process control tools
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of polymer materials and metal films
  • Understanding of design tools i.e. Auto-cad and K-Layout
  • Knowledge of equipment commissioning
  • Happy to mentor and train less experienced team members
