An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and motivated Technical Support Engineer / Product Support Engineer to join my client, a global leader in the scientific manufacturing and distribution sector based in Cambridgeshire. This unique role focuses on supporting the company's extensive global portfolio of cutting-edge products, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained to drive the business's continued success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and practical background in Physics and Material Sciences, with a solid understanding of key areas such as optics, fibres, and lasers. You will work closely with customers, providing guidance on product selection, troubleshooting, and technical support. As the Technical Support Engineer / Product Support Engineer, you will become a subject matter expert on the company's global product portfolio, contributing to its reputation as a gold standard provider in the industry.
