Sonic Summary

CTS Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader for a Household Recycling Centre located in Milton, CB24.
The role involves supervising onsite staff, providing excellent customer service, redirecting customers, adhering to health and safety regulations, and general site cleaning.
The pay rate starts at £12.00 per hour, increasing to £12.86 per hour once in the supervisor role.
Candidates must have supervision experience and the position is temporary for 3 months with the potential to become permanent.
This is a full-time, in-person position that is available to start ASAP.

CTS Recruitment are looking for a Team Leader to support a Household Recycling Centre based in Milton, CB24.

Main duties will include but are not limited too;

· Supervision of onsite staff

· Providing excellent customer service for customers that visit site.

· Re-directing customers to correct allocated bays

· Adhering to H&S

· General cleaning of site

Pay rate; £12.00ph uplifting to £12.86ph once within the supervisor role.

Supervision experience is required.

This is a temp 3 months role with view of going permanent.

This is a full time position to start ASAP
