Walker Cole International is hiring a Production Coordinator to join an established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Southeast. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing goals are met in compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production tasks, ensuring general goals are achieved and relevant standards are followed, while communicating with the team and management.
- Address any concerns related to safety or quality and assist with the training process for the team, ensuring records are kept.
- Provide support to the Shift Manager when necessary and contribute to the overall production process.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven ability to instruct others, with recognized expertise in equipment operation and processing tasks, and formal training qualifications for teaching others.
- A technical or process-related background is preferred.
