Development Manager – Property Development �?�?Are you ready to jump into the fast-paced world of property development?As  Development Manager, you'll be at the core of every project—from initial concept to the final handover. Gain hands-on experience across the entire development process, including project management, financial analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement. At least two years relevant post-graduate experience  working within property/ construction/ building sector.We are working exclusively with This Land on the recruitment for this position.This Land is an established real estate developer, which develops high-quality, sustainable sites that benefit local communities through the delivery of housing, infrastructure and public spaces.Overview
  • Drive project success by supporting every phase of development—from identifying potential sites to handing over completed projects.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound.
  • Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.

  • Thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Min two years experience in a relevant position
