Clinical Endoscopist

We are seeking a highly skilledClinical Endoscopistto support the Endoscopy team at Cambridge University Hospitals. This role involves providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare while working autonomously with specialist expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expertassessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation of careas an autonomous practitioner.
• Support theClinical Endoscopist teamin ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Contribute to thestrategic review of clinical servicesand improvements where necessary.
• Implement a clearly definedintegrated approach to patient care, incorporating new treatments and evidence-based practice.

Reporting & Accountability:

• Professionally accountable to theDivisional Lead Nurse.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as aClinical Endoscopist.
• Strong ability to work independently and make specialist clinical decisions.
• Experience in service development and strategic planning within healthcare.
