LEAD QUANTITY SURVEYOR (RAIL) - EAST ANGLIA - 18 MONTHS - 480 - 520 PER DAY - OUTSIDE IR35


ARM are working with a leading railway company and we are looking for 2 Lead Quantity Surveyors to work on a contract basis in East Anglia on a major railway project.

About You:


  • You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience and experience of working to at least a Senior level.
  • Your experience will include significant experience of working on the UK railways and working with Network Rail, either direct or from a contractor side.
  • You will have demonstrable experience of change management.
  • You will also have experience of subcontractor management, as well as navigating finance systems in order to find evidence that will be used to prepare documentation to submit to others.

What you will be doing:


This position is working in Cambridgeshire and working on a major signalling project across East Anglia. Your role will be supporting the Programme Manager to provide commercial subcontract management and project change management.


This position is based in Cambridgeshire and on the outskirts of Cambridge. You will need to be onsite 4 days a week and can work from home the one day.

What you can expect in return:


The rate for this position is between 480 - 520 per day and this role has been deemed outside of IR35.
