An established and well-respected small consultancy based in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various healthcare projects from concept to completion, contributing to both pre and post-contract duties.

Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare projects through all stages, ensuring that both pre and post-contract duties are executed efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
- Running healthcare projects from concept to completion
- Overseeing pre-contract duties
- Managing post-contract responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting the team in various quantity surveying tasks
The Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Ideally experience working on healthcare projects
- MRICS or currently working towards this accreditation
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong knowledge of pre and post-contract processes
