We have an exciting opportunity with our our client, who is a privately owned, independent Estate Agency in Cambridge to join their busy office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management, they pride themselves on their local knowledge advising homeowners on buying and letting in the local area. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen attitude to progress your career. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car. Salary package and benefits of this Lettings Negotiator role include:

  • Basic £25,000 - £28,000
  • Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (with a day back when worked)
  • Use of pool car for viewings

  • Bank holidays done on a rota 10am - 2pm (with a day back when worked)

Main responsibilities for this role of Lettings Negotiator include:

  • Generating new business and book valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree to new tenancies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Landlord and Tenants
  • Ensuring new tenancies are fully compliant in line with legislation
  • Providing outstanding customer service

Essential skills for this Lettings Negotiator role include:

  • Previous customer service experience required
