The HireWorks are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for an excellent company based in North Cambridge.

Theyre ideally looking for someone with previous experience working within the property sector, however it wouldnt be a deal breaker for someone coming from a different industry.

Typical duties include:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team.
  • Monitor job tickets and work due to be completed by the department.
  • Manage external contractors for quality and efficiency.
  • Preparing tender specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize operations.

The successful candidate:

  • Proven experience working in a similar management level position.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
