A leading independent lettings and estate agency in Cambridge seeks an experienced Property Manager to run an existing portfolio and be part of a successful and friendly property team.

As Property Manager, you will be a key part of the team, providing a full management service, liaising with landlords and contractors to organise maintenance and repair work, dealing with property inspections, tenancy renewals and upgrades, rent reviews and authorising invoices and work orders. Ensuring properties are let efficiently, well maintained, and managed to a high standard.
We're looking for an experienced and well-organised, Property Manager with a can-do approach to customer service, proactive, quality-focused, and someone who naturally just gets things done. Previous experience managing your own portfolio with multiple landlords is essential.
You'll need to know Cambridge and the local area and be comfortable working centrally , ideally living in or close to town with good knowledge of the surrounding area.
