We are seeking a professional and proactive Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing residential properties, ensuring compliance, maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, and handling maintenance issues effectively. If you have strong organisational skills, DIY or painting experience, and a passion for property management, we'd love to hear from you!

Experience managing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve maintenance issues early to prevent them from escalating into larger problems.

  • Conduct Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, presenting properties in their best condition to potential tenants.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance issues with contractors or handle minor DIY repairs where possible.Prepare Properties: Stage and dress up rooms before viewings to maximise their
  • Cleaning Coordination: Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure properties are
  • cleaned and maintained to a high standard.Tenant Liaison: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.Compliance Management: Ensure all properties meet legal and safety compliance standards, including gas, electrical, and other regulatory checks.
  • Painting & Decorating: Assist with painting and decorating tasks to enhance or
  • maintain property standards.
  • Business Development: Help identify opportunities to grow the property
  • management portfolio.

In order to successfully undertake this role, you must have a car and a full UK driving

Licence, strong organisational and time management skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Practical DIY or handyman skills (a plus), painting and decorating experience (a bonus).
