Your Role:

As Front of House, you'll be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You'll play a key role in creating a vibrant community, supporting residents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
  • Manage the front desk, handling inquiries and resident requests efficiently.
  • Organize and oversee community events, fostering engagement and connection.
  • Assist with leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee social media content to highlight the best of the community.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain pristine, safe, and inviting communal spaces.
  • Handle administrative tasks, resident queries, and tenancy documentation.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance the overall resident experience.
Who You Are:
  • A people-person with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles (1-2 years preferred).
  • Comfortable using MS Office and managing social media.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
