To be successful in this role previous experience within 360 recruitment is essential along with:

Proven experience as a finance recruitment consultant, ideally with local market knowledge in Cambridge
Expertise in the temporary staffing market within finance
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative, team-focused environment
