Our Cambridge office is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow our primary school desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the primary school desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for primary school positions.
Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Develop and maintain a network of schools and educational professionals.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
A passion for education and making a positive impact in schools.
