Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in special needs schools across the region. Your work will directly contribute to improving the educational experience for students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with special needs schools and educational institutions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with school administrators to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of Recruitment Consultant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
