We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a prestigious motorcycle brand as a Senior Aftersales Controller at their Cambridge location!As a Senior Aftersales Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the Aftersales Team, delivering an exceptional service experience for customers while ensuring smooth operations between the front-of-house team and workshop. You’ll be key to implementing and maintaining the Service Core Process to the highest standards, ensuring every interaction is in line with company expectations.Your key responsibilities as an Aftersales Controller will include:
  • Delivering the Service Core Process according to training, guidance, and brand expectations.
  • Engaging with and adhering to a structured customer communication strategy to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete electronic records of all activities.
  • Building effective relationships with the Workshop Team to ensure timely and clear information flow between the front-of-house and workshop areas.
  • Contributing to a quality-driven culture, focused on first-time fixes for all customer services and repairs.
  • Using available tools and resources to develop expertise and become a go-to specialist in your area.
